Is Jesus the Only Way?
(James 1:5-8 NIV) If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
Is Jesus the only way?
(John 14:6 ESV) Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
(Acts 4:11-12 NLT) For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says, ‘The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’ There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”
(John 6:29 NLT) Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.”
God is good.
(Psalm 119:68 NLT) You are good and do only good.
(Psalm 86:5 NLT) O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.
(Luke 19:10 NLT) For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.
(Psalm 98:2 NKJV) The Lord has made known His salvation; His righteousness He has revealed in the sight of the nations.
(Romans 1:19-20 NLT) They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
God is just.
(Psalm 7:11 NKJV) God is a just judge.
(Jeremiah 29:11-14 NIV) For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity.
(Deuteronomy 4:29 NIV) But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
(Acts 17:26-27 NIV) From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us.
God is love.
(John 3:16-17 NIV) For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
