Remember Who We Are
1. We know that God has called us to be a model church.
(1 Thessalonians 1:2-7 NIV) “We always thank God for all of you and continually mention you in our prayers. We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. You know how we lived among you for your sake. You became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message in the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit. And so you became a model to all the believers.”
2. We are focused on a clear mission.
To help those who are far from God ﬁnd hope through a life-giving relationship with Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 3:6 NLT) “And this is God’s plan: Both Gentiles and Jews who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by God’s children. Both are part of the same body, and both enjoy the promise of blessings because they belong to Christ Jesus.”
3. We are living out a Biblical vision.
(Ephesians 3:10-11 NLT) “God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was his eternal plan, which he carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord.”

4. We know the individual role that we play.
Maybe it’s time…
To commit my whole life to Christ.
To surround myself with the right relationships.
To discover my God-given purpose.
To live my life doing something that matters.
(Ephesians 3:20 NIV) “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
